WHERE EVERY ENGAGEMENT BEGINS
Before we prescribe, we understand.
Every Amani engagement starts with one question: what is actually happening here? Not what it looks like, not what's been reported what is underneath it. Tell us where you are and we'll show you the path forward.
WHERE ARE YOU RIGHT NOW
We have a conflict that needs resolving.
A dispute has escalated past what management can handle informally. There is active conflict between individuals or teams, a grievance situation, or a breakdown of trust. The priority is resolution — structured, confidential, and led by a CMC-registered mediator.
We need to understand what is actually happening.
There is a problem — performance issues, team dysfunction, high turnover, sickness absence — but the cause isn't clear. Before prescribing anything, we assess. The Workplace Needs Assessment and BPS-accredited psychometric tools give you evidence, not guesswork.
Something isn't working and we need to change it.
The organisation is going through restructure, cultural challenges, or systemic inefficiency. Or perhaps a specific group — neurodivergent employees, those going through menopause, teams under pressure — needs specialist support that internal HR cannot provide.
We want to measure and prove what is working.
You have already made investments in people — training, interventions, management development — but you cannot evidence the impact. Or you want ongoing visibility of wellbeing and performance indicators before problems surface. Numetric provides the measurement layer.
OUR APPROACH
Diagnosis before prescription. Always.
Most workplace problems are treated symptomatically. A conflict gets a mediator. A performance issue gets a management plan. A wellbeing dip gets a wellness programme. The problem recurs because the root cause was never addressed.
Every Amani engagement, regardless of how it starts, moves through the same logic. We understand before we intervene. We measure before we claim impact.
Diagnostic conversation (free, 30 minutes)
You tell us what is happening. We listen without a solution already in mind. This conversation tells us whether Amani is the right fit — and if so, which service is the right starting point.
Assessment
Before any intervention, we establish what is actually happening. This may be a Workplace Needs Assessment, a psychometric evaluation, a wellbeing audit via Numetric, or a combination. We do not guess.
Targeted Intervention
The assessment determines which service is most appropriate. It may be mediation, consultancy, training, or a combination delivered in sequence. Each step is grounded in what the data shows, not what is conventionally offered.
Measurement and follow-through
We do not declare success and leave. Numetric tracks ongoing wellbeing and organisational health indicators. Follow-up checkpoints confirm that the change is holding. You have evidence to take to your board.
What comes next
The assessment always surfaces more than the presenting problem. Clients who engage for one issue frequently identify adjacent needs — which is how the relationship deepens over time. This is not upselling. It is what genuine diagnosis produces.

What to expect from every Amani engagement.
Amani is not a volume practice. Magda Parker works directly with every client — not a team of associates passing work to junior staff. That is the constraint. It is also the standard.
If we are not the right fit for your situation, we will tell you — and point you to who is. That is the only way the relationship we are building with you can be trusted.
Direct delivery by Magda Parker
Every engagement is led personally. No associates for the work that requires expert judgement.
Assessment before any recommendation
We do not arrive with a pre-formed solution. The assessment determines the approach.
Honesty about scope
If a situation requires a specialism we do not hold, we say so. Referrals to appropriate providers when needed.
Measurement of impact
We use Numetric and psychometric reassessment to evidence what has changed. You should always be able to justify the investment.
Systemic perspective
Individual problems are frequently systemic. We surface the organisational conditions that generated the presenting issue.
